Microsoft has finally announced the release date for its new Microsoft Surface Pro... something I've been itching to get my hands on since the announcement last year of its impending release. I bet my adviser's students in the "Pen Based Computing" lab are drooling over the opportunity to get them too. The only things I really wish they'd have packaged in with it are gps, a gyroscope, and the cell network access... because without those, augmented reality becomes really hard.
February 9th, I'll be in line.
